A Love Letter to Your Caress

In the winter of 2012 as girlfriend and boyfriend we first found Nantucket. Siasconset Beach beach lay bare, inviting me to run Breathless with youthful enthusiasm.

A runaway moment captured becoming a muse, as you quote Eric Burdon,

“I live my life, breathless… A life of constant motion and excitement. A life that many will envy and most would avoid!”

How were you to know then, what our life was to become?

In our vows, I promised to hold your hand, to reach for your comfort when my fears spoke to loud.

Now, a Wife in love with her Husband, I wake each morning to your gentle Caress. The warm comfort of your strong hands giving me the courage to be a worthy partner on our path.

You captured the moments that drove us to the road of location independent, a journey with no walls to our home. Two gypsies in transit, my comfort, my shelter found in your arms.

It is you I trust in our venture, building one life together, tailored for two. You see our future clearly, a life we define with intention.

A Life full of Art, Love and Freedom to Travel the World.

Ti Amo Bello Mio,

Your Piccola

Paolo captured Breathless and Caress while traveling in Nantucket between 2012 and 2013. As introverts, we prefer off-season travel ensuring we can afford as much time on the road as possible and that we have the beaches, all to ourselves, for sunset. It is as romantic as it sounds. Through persistent, focused hard work Bello ensures these dreams are real for us, not just tales from a storybooks.

Both prints can be found in his Art Store in the Seashores collection along with At the Center of the Universe which is how he makes me feel everyday.
